Mode of transport and delivery
The Products purchased on the Site will be sent to the address specified by the customer . The Customer has in any case the right to demand delivery of the goods to a person of his choice , whose residence or domicile is in Italy , San Marino, the Vatican City and the CE countries .
At the time of delivery will require the signature of an adult over 18 years . Deliveries can not be made to PO boxes. For every order placed on the website , TOP GRES Srl provides a purchase's receipt of the goods that will be included inside the package shipped. The information provided by the customers at the time of the order are authentic. No change in the original sales receipt will be possible after the issuance thereof .
Shipping costs are borne by the Customer and are clearly marked and clearly on the Site and in the order form .
All purchases will be delivered by courier, with service standards and without notice of delivery , from Monday to Friday, excluding national holidays and festivities . TOP GRES Inc. is not responsible for unpredictable delays .
Shipments are made within 3/5 working days from the date of receipt of payment unless the non-availability of products in stock . In case of partial or total lack of availability of the purchased products, the customer will receive a prompt notice and can decide to receive the goods in separated delivery time, or all products together, or to cancel the part of the order for products not available .The delivery of the goods must be effected in the presence of the customer or his representative, at the address indicated in the order. Upon delivery of the goods by the Courier, the Customer have to check that the number of the delivered packages corresponds to that indicated in the transport's document and that the package is intact or unaltered. Any damage to the parcel and / or to the Products or the mismatch in the number of packages must be immediately contested by writing on the Courier 's proof of delivery”goods unchecked” . Once signed the Courier's document , the Customer can not oppose objection on the external characteristic of the delivered package and integrity of the products received and purchased.
Absence of the Customer at the time of the passage of carrier
If the customer is absent on the day of the passage of the carrier for delivery , you must contact the local office of the courier to arrange for a subsequent delivery or for pickup at the venue of the same courier . TOP GRES is not economically responsible for packages left in storage at the courier . The client who has not been able to agree with the courier a second delivery or collection at the headquarters of the courier , must assumes the responsibility to carry out transport succesfully.
If the courier give back to TOP GRES SRL package because of the failure to collect the package from the customer , TOP GRES will contact the customer to deliver the package once again, asking for the reimbursement of any costs of storage and the shipping charges incurred for the return and those to bear ( re-delivery to the customer). In case the customer fails to pay the costs incurred by TOP GRES SRL within 7 days of the request , TOP GRES SRL retains the goods , due to non-compliance by the customer.
The buyer who purchases the products on the on-line shop, has the right to withdraw from the purchase’s contract - without any penalty and without specifying the reason - within fifteen working days from the date of delivery of the Product.
The right of withdrawal can be exercised by sending, within the time aforesaid, a notice to email@example.com e-mail address, indicating as well as the desire to withdraw from the contract, the following information: Order number, details of 'holder of the order, phone number, method of repayment (specified below). TOP GRES SRL will send the customer confirmation of receipt of e-mail within the next 72 hours.
The integrity of the product to be returned is an essential condition for exercising of the right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal, therefore, can not be exercised in the event that the buyer has not taken appropriate measures to ensure that the product can be returned in the same condition in which it was received (including the original packaging). In any case, the purchaser shall take all appropriate measures and possible to preserve the product and do everything possible to ensure that the product is returned to TOP GRES SRL in perfect condition.
The purchaser who has exercised his right of withdrawal is required to return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery to the following address:

The costs of returning of the Product shall be borne exclusively by the purchaser.
The effected payments, will be refunded by TOP GRES SRL within the period of thirty days from the date of receipt by TOP GRES communication concerning the right of withdrawal and at no additional cost to the buyer. However TOP GRES SRL will not refund until receipt of the returned goods.
